We worked with the team at Ministry Hangouts just as they were getting started. We developed documents and systems to keep track of guest invitations, show topics, and participant communication. With tools including Evernote and Google Drive we were able to clearly track all of these details between the entire team. We created in-depth detailed documents as well as bigger-picture overviews to meet the needs of the entire team. We also kept the website updated with upcoming event information for this series of online conversations.
